Who we are

For more than 50 years, Fort Rouge Child Care has been providing preschool and school age care that exceeds parents’ and caregivers’ expectations. We have members of our staff who have been with us for more than twenty years. We have children who have grown up in our care, become adults and then sent their children to us. We call them our grandchildren! We care about each and every child who comes through our door.

We know that children learn best through play and exploration. We make sure every child in our care has access to materials and opportunities that encourage cognitive as well as social development. We encourage freedom of movement and choices in a free-flowing environment. It is our mission to provide quality child care which meets or exceeds the province of Manitoba’s regulations.
